From AI as tool to AI as partner.

I design how humans review, judge and trust AI — calibrating overconfidence and over-caution, refining persona & tone across multi-turn dialogue, and tuning HITL workflows from LLM supply-chain research at G-tech to LLM/agent tools in my founder workflow.

Accessibility & inclusivity by default.

From a tactile tablet for visually impaired learners (PixelEarn, 2012) to inclusive commerce for disabled artists (Artable, 2023) — I evaluate how interfaces and AI handle diverse speech, dialects and abilities. Accessibility has shaped my HCI lens for over a decade.

Designed and runs artist onboarding, curation, commerce structure, IP protection principles, settlement, and institutional sales as a solo founder. Integrates LLM / agent AI tools deeply into the founder workflow. In June 2026, planning and directing the two-artist exhibition "Our First Exhibition" at Lacmont, Dongtan.

    Led LLM-based deep research on strategic-material supply chains heavily affected by Chinese export controls — analyzing suppliers, price/quality documents, logistics and customs conditions to identify new sources, achieving 49% cost reduction. Led permitting and regulatory research, producing the company's first-ever direct-import success. Built hands-on intuition for how humans should review and judge AI research outputs in high-stakes manufacturing decisions — real Human-in-the-loop AI UX.
